Wowzer. Had a magical Sunday this weekend in San Francisco at Neil and Pegi Young’s 25th annual Bridge School Benefit Concert with guest performers Mumford & Sons, Eddie Vedder, Arcade Fire, Tony Bennett & more. Such a wonderful day, such wonderful performers, such a wonderful cause. ..Neil and Pegi are my new heros.
Wowzer, Lollapalooza’s 20th anniversary was pretty epic. With a record breaking attendance (over 290,000 people!), monsoon rains, and a whole lot of mud, it was easy to mistake Grant Park for Woodstock. Highlights from the Pitchfork Music Festival… three very hot days of awesome music. tUnE -yArDs, Twin Shadow, Fleet Foxes, James Blake, Twin Sister, Wild Nothing kinda knocked my socks off.
Got to shoot the Dave Matthews Band Caravan for Consequence of Sound last weekend…Ed Shape, Kid Cudi, Flaming Lips, & three nights of Dave (my first crush) made for a pretty great weekend.
