I had the great fortune, along with some very friendly folks form Snowmass’ Viceroy, of joining Linda and Hunter of Aspen Outfitting Company for a day of wine, dining, and sweating (the temperature hit 100!) in Paonia, CO. We visited Karen & Brent at Stone Cottage Cellars and enjoyed some refreshing whites. Helen at Azura Lars & Gallery dazzled us with an incredible view, art, & reds. Lunch at Delicious Orchards lived up to its name… their fresh apples and cherries are very delicious. And Eames & Devon over at Puesta del Sol Vineyards revealed the secret of how their pinot tastes so yummy “it’s magic.”
